DAY 4!! ( SLJ)

 Hi guys, welcome back for my another blog post about my first activity on my day 5 task on Summer Learning Journey, and for today's task was about Sir Edmund Hillary.

  Sir Edmund Hillary is the first man to reach the top of Mt Everest, climbing the Mt Everest for Sir Edmund Hillary is that it was pretty difficult for him at the first to climb the Mt Everest but Sir Edmund Hillary try his best and did not give so in 1953 he achieved this dream of climbing the Mt Everest. 
  So for my task today is if I met Sir Edmund Hillary in real life what are my 5 question that I want to ask him about his life now. I make a poster that it show you my 5 question that I really want to ask Sir Edmund Hillary.

DAY 3!!!(SLJ)

 Hi guys, welcome back for my another blog post for today's blog we are going to finished to day 3 activity on my Summer Learning Journey task. For today's task was similar to wildlife and I'm exited to learn some another things about WWF.

  So in 1961 there is a number of a people that came together to start organisation called the " W W F " and that's stand for "World Wildlife Fund". The " W W F" has there own main goals for there organisation was to protect the life on the earth, and hundreds of a people on " W W F" staff workers in the countries and all over the world are trying to protect our planet of the animal who live here.

 In the video that I have watched the " W W F " are helping the Saimaa ringed seal because they are one of the most endangered seal in the world, they are helping them because there are only about 360 individuals left. The " W W F " provide a snow bank for the Saimaa ringed seal that is giving birth for them to have protection again predators, called and human disturbance because if the seal just give birth on a cold and open placed the species of the seal will be more endangered with the predators. By taking their time to have a better plan to build a snow bank to help the species of endangered seal, that's why the " W W F " is the best because they have succeed on protecting the animal to keep them alive.
   But sadly that the other video is not available to watch that's why I can't tell you what happen to the other video. (Sorry about that)

DAY 3!!! ( SLJ)

 Kia Ora guys, welcome for my another blog post and for today's task on my Summer Learning Journey activity 2 was about DOC ranger. I'm really excited about this task because it was about animals.

   DOC ranger has the job to protect the New Zealand wildlife like animals and plants who is living on the islands. My job was to list three thing that is going to be a good thing for the DOC rangers and list three bad things that could happen to DOC rangers.

Good things
- doc rangers they take care of the wild animals and wild plants, also the endangered animals and plants.
-  they taught the animals to be friendly for people who visits them.
- they love their job as they could help the animals and plants.

Bad things
- they might encounter dangerous animals that is venomous and animals could hurt them.
- they might die if the animal that has venom bite them.
-Doc rangers could might across angry animals or pets. Those angry animal might bites the doc rangers and injured themselves so bad.

 I also need to make a decision if I want to be a DOC rangers or not.
 I kinda like to be DOC rangers because I can help some of the wildlife animals that is leaving on the islands and I also can learn some a lot of stuff about animals, but I was a bit scared of some of the wild animals that like fighting with a human that was I'm afraid of.

Day 3!!( SLJ )

  Kumusta everyone, today's blog post was about my Summer Learning Journey task on my day 3 activity 1. So I'm really exited because I'm almost there, so let's get started and be ready to learn.

   On my first activity I have to make a post of a description about my beast that I maid. 

  

My beast has the pointy teeth that when he bites, you my get the poison from his saliva because his saliva has the poison that might kill you. His eyes has the power of hypnotist because when you look at him, your eyes are going to be a dark blue like he has forever. The cross shape that he has on the top of his head was like when he was sleeping and if a human want to kill him that cross on top of his head are going to light and the beast can smell you and feel you when you you touch him and that all because of the power of the cross, also that cross can cursed you forever. This beast is only sleeping when it's morning and awake when it's night and he was half evil and half friendly to a human. My beast name was "Baxter Cursed". Also here is the beast that I maid.

Day 2!! (SLJ)

 Kia Ora everyone, welcome for my another blog post for today's blog post was about my third task on my day 2 on Summer Learning Journey, and I'm really exited to do this third task because it was kinda about maths and I like maths. So look down and get ready to learn..

  For my third task I have to do some solving the maths problem that they give us and also explain how I figured them out.  Do you know that the cactus are only able to survive when they have 3 ml water for a day, as human we also drink at least 3 ml of a water a day and that was AWESOME..

Day 2!! ( SLJ )

 Kumusta guys, welcome for my another bog post for today's blog post was about my activity on my Day 2 on Summer Learning Journey. I'm exited to share the task to you guys.

  So for today's task was to list three sports team that have the word of "Ferns" beside them in their sports name. So let't go and explore them!!

  "SILVERS FERNS"

Silvers ferns is the name of the national netball girls team, they play the most than the other national women's sports team and they play for New Zealand.

  "BLACK FERNS"

Black ferns are the New Zealand's senior women's rugby team, also the Black ferns are really clearly the supreme team in women's rugby world wide and they are the highest winning percentage and they are international rugby team. 

"TALL FERNS"

Tall ferns was now as the best women's basketball team in New Zealand.

This is all of the three list that search for my second thing that I have to do was to pick one team that has the best uniforms I like and why...

  For my opinion I like the Silver Ferns uniforms because it was really colourful and the uniform that they are wearing it was really fit on them and they are all beautiful, and I hope to see them on real life and also the others. It's not because it was colourful it was because I also like playing basketball and netball is just like a basketball.

DAY 2!!! (SLJ)

 Kumusta everyone, welcome back to my another blog post i'm really exited because I'm going to start my Day 2 activity on my Summer Learning Journey task, I was exited because it was look like it's about nature and I love nature a lot. But now let's get started.

  My task was about the really special environment because many plants haven't found in the world but in the New Zealand there largest and longest living endemic tree to our country. It called the Tane Mahuta the Tane Mahuta is largest and longest tree in the world and also some of the people called it as the "Lord of the Forest" because it was the endemic pants to our country. That was  my first ever task for my Day 2.
 The second thing that I have to do was if I would like to go and visit the Tane Mahuta one day and tell to you guys why I want ( or do not) want to visit this endemic tree. So I would love to let you now my opinion.

 My Opinion: I would love to go to the Tane Mahuta because it was a special tree for me because it was beautiful for me and a lot of people like to visit it that's why I would love to visit and see the Tane Mahuta on real life. I would like to go because it was about nature and it was endemic plants to our country it's not just like it was big and the longest plants it because I like to explore the nature a lot and if you see the picture I know you would love it.

  So the third task was about how to be smart on online?
So I'm here to share to you what I learn because we have been talking about how to keep our private information to our self, if you want to be smart at online you should not tell to anyone your private information like your last name, your school name and your email account those are thing that you should keep but you may tell them to a trusty people like your family, friends and you teachers but on online don't share some of your important information because they might do some silly things and hack your account.

Second task!! (SLJ)

 Hi guys, for today's blog post was about Summer Learning Journey and for today's task was about my hometown and it's New Zealand and I have to find to describe and what is special about my hometown. So we are going to start talking about my hometown.

  What is special about where you lived??
 First special thing about my home town: In my home town there is a lot of people was kind and helpful and it was always safe because everywhere you go there is a lot of people that is going to help you because when you did something there are always there to help and sort the problem for you that's why most of the people are so friendly that what I like most being so friendly to someone.

Second special thing about my home town: In my home town you can see a lot of place that can keep you calm because when you go outside and it was about nature you can easily calm your self by having some quite time with your family and friends and feel the warm breeze and smell the great nature.

 Third special thing about my hometown: In my home town there is a lot of a place that you can explore and enjoy like hiking, climbing,surfing and others because in my home town it was clean and safe and you can always see the beautiful sight of the nature.

 New Zealand was coolest country ever because you can see a lot of beautiful sight and a clean space for nature, and the New Zealand was the safest country in the world because you can easily tell when you look at the nature,that why I loved the nature of the New Zealand and exploring some different things.

First Activity!! (SLJ)

 Kia Ora everyone, today blog post was about my first task on Summer Learning Journey, because it was going to start today and I was exited to blog and explore some different thing.


  The First ever task was to find some 3 fun fact that you can share but it has to be New Zealand history. In Summer Learning Journey you can learn some things and find some fun facts that you might don't know, and Summer Learning Journey can always keep you feel better when you are bored and don't have to do the Summer Learning Journey activity was there to help you keep you calm that why I was exited to see some more activity..

 Quick tree facts: 
 There is a Maori name for New Zealand and that was Aotearoa, Aotearoa has the main meaning for the land of the long white cloud.

 In New Zealand there is only 30% of the country that has forest. 

There was actually two official national anthems for the three countries in the world and they are combined together when you sing the National Anthem of the New Zealand. The first version was God Save the Queen and the other version was God Defend New Zealand.

Summer Learning Journey lesson 5..

 Hello guys, welcome back for our another blog post so today we are all talk about my Summer learning journey practise lesson 5, but the bad thing was this is my last lesson practise but I know that we have another more fun adventures to do.

So the first thing we have to do we have to pick two thing you want to show to the other about the country that you pick, so I choose the England because that is the one that I pick also on my first lesson.
 So when I pick the two thing that I want to share I have to research them and find some interesting facts, I pick it because it interest me a lot when I see those photo. After that I have to put it and rep-resent the thing that I learnt on put on a Google slide and explain it on my own words.

Summer Learning Journey lesson 4 Practise..

 Hello guys, welcome back for my another blog post about my Summer Learning Journey practise so for today we are all going to carry on  to learn about my country that I pick last time on my another lesson so on that day I pick the country of England because it interest me a lot, I also think that I want to go there when I fine some interesting facts about them.

So today we had to review a TV show for the country that I pick.
 Here is some facts about the video that I made..

The name of the television that I watched was Britain's Got Talent 2016 Final. So there 6 performer they are wearing the star wars cloths they are so funny and so talented and the name of there team was Boogie Storm they are all amazing for me.

I though on this video was someone who is going to sing because it's about the got talent and I also saw a lot of them that why I thought they are choir. 

The most thing I like about the showed was they are dancing some girls dance and they are trying there best for the people who are watching them and also found that they dance a lot with their power and energy. So I think they are the best.

The part about was is on this video they are all dancing but one of them was doing some back flip and some cartwheel with the mask of the star wars face so I thought that it was going to be hard for them to do it.

It was difficult to tell you guys if they are a girl or boy because they are wearing a mask for a boy but they are dancing some girls dance that's why it was difficult for me to tell you guys what is the reall gender.

I will rate this video for 5 starts because they are all the best and they are funny for me.

 In New Zealand a cool TV series was Explore TV I like this TV show because they are exploring the wilderness and explore the beautiful nature in the NZ and I love this TV show because I also like exploring the nature with my friend and my family..

Technology!!!

 Hi guys, welcome back for my another blog post so today we are all going to learn about Technology this Technology was about our environment. So I'm here to explain it to you what we need to do on our Technology design.

 So there are a lot of issue about our rubbish on our lunch box so the problems was.
   There are a lot of companies that is made of plastic and food packaging and that was the issue at our class because sometime all of this thing can make a trouble on our environment because when you have plastic or food packaging sometimes the other kids just left their plastic every where that our problem at our school.

 That problem that we have to solve. So when it's  every morning they always remind us where do you put your thrush on a right bin. So this time we have to make our own design to help the environment so we have to pick something on our lunch box when you pick something you have to create and design for your product that you've pick, so probably I pick Ziploc bag because I know that most of the kid used it so I would try my best to make a great product that is easy to make.

So I make our design that we can do and I make a D.L.O that will show and explained how my product work, so I hope you like it.

What is Volume and Capacity??

 Kumusta everyone, welcome for my another blog post so this time we are going to talk about something about the Volume and Capacity. We've been doing this since in a few days so this things is like talking about some object.

   So on a fast few day my teacher talk about Volume and Capacity buy using the object. The thing that they was a balloon and a big container with only half of water so when the balloon put in the water at the very bottom the water rise up because when the balloon was at the bottom of the container the space that the balloon has was a Volume and when it rise up the Capacity will hold the Volume.

    I hope you learn something about the Volume and the Capacity. 
So the balloon was a Volume that take up space and the Capacity was the liquid that hold the Volume. So we also made a D.L.O that u can easily understand the purpose of the Volume and the Capacity.

What is Armistice Day????

Hello guys, welcome back for my another blog post today I'm going to tell you what we are doing this term on our reading group so we have been talking about Armistice Day and I'm here to tell you what are the thing that I learn.

The first thing that stood out to me was that the Armistice Day was showing like how many people celebrate the WW1 dead and how lots and lots of many people died and why did they want to celebrate the memories.

 The second thing was they are using the horns on the ship or at the church to celebrate the soldiers who fight at the WW1.

 The third thing was Armistice day was a treaty because it was like they signed something to end the war like example ( when someone buy a car and he want to bye it you have to sign something that you said you want the car and you give the money to the owner so you can ride in it) it was just like that you have to end it.

Best long day out!!!

 Hello guys,welcome for my new blog post for today I'm going to tell you what happen on my holiday with my friends.

  When the morning come up I woke up early at the morning because we are going to go and get some crab so I get rash because I was late so my sister woke up and help me to organise my things that I need. When my dad said that "Let's go" I say bye to my sister because she doesn't want to go to fishing because she have to do some things that is especial for here. So the first thing me and dad go to Jhrnylle house because they are going either so I get out at the car and play with here for a little moment and when our dad is done doing some things I said to my dad " If Jhrnylle is fine to come with me at the car" he said "Yes" and we ride at the car together so we don't have any idea that we are going at Celine house because they are also going to come with us. Me and Jhrnylle are really happy to be always together. When we are almost there my dad said that we lost because he forget the name of the road so that's why we are always lost. So my dad ask some people if they now the name of the road that we have to go so my dad write the name of the road that the girl say to us. We are so happy because we arrived at the destination that we have to go.

  We get out of the car and run to see the beach we touch the beautiful sand but suddenly Celine dad said let's go to the New Brighton so we have to go there and wait when we are at the destination I was shocked because there are a lot of people than I thought so we run and play. When me and my friends are really felling bored and  we want to go home we said that to our dad and they said "OK" so we wait until 7 to 8 mins and suddenly they want to go home we are so happy because it's was really hot. We go at the car and go home because we have to go somewhere so when we at the car we play some fashion design with Jhrnylle barbie dolls we are so happy playing and suddenly it time for us to go home so I say bye to them and go home safely.

Best buddy time!!

 Hi guys today, I going to share to you what we are doing on our buddy time on every Friday.

   My buddy is Lhady she is a year 1 girl from Room 8 class with here best teacher Miss Harris. So we have been practising how to read a book and doing some spelling without helping to my big buddy and we have been doing reading on the first class of buddy time. My buddy Lhady is good at reading little books on here own time and she was also good at trying to draw a flowers and a star when she has a free time at house.

  Hello everyone, for today blog post is about what we did since last term and it's about our Harry potter slide show that Mrs T tell us and teach us how to do it .We did our slide show since form last term and now I'm going to tell you what we did and what we learn form it. KEEP THE PRIVATE INFORMATION TO YOUR SELF!!!

 Hey guys, today I want you tell me if your are allowed to give your private information to a strangers. I learn this form the Summer learning Journey ( SLJ ) because they are the one who help us to keep our private information safe, and I'm here to tell you what I learn to them and I will share some tips.

  Tip 1: Don't give your phone number to the stranger because they might fool you that you know here and he might want to meet somewhere and do something to you.

 Tip 2: Don't ever put your email account on online because some of the stranger might use it to do something silly on online .

 Tip 3: Don't ever give your home address to someone you don't know because they might go to your house and they might rob your house.

 Tip 4: Don't tell to some what is your school name because they might go there and wait to you until it's home time and do something to you when your waiting to your mother.

 Tip 5: Don't ever tell your last name and your name to a stranger only to someone you know.

 Tips 6: Don't give your Birthday date to someone because maybe when it's your birthday they might see you and go to your birthday party and destroy your birthday party!.

 Tips 7: When someone want to talk to you and you don't know him or here and give you a candy ignored the stranger and don't ever talk.

 Tips 8: Don't ever show to the stranger your ID to school or your work because they might go to your work.

 Tips 9: Don't never ever show to someone your passport or your bunk account number because they might get some things that it's important to you.

 Tips 10: Don't ever tell to someone your credit card number like example when your at the bunk and stranger come to you want to see you credit number because they might want to get some money form your credit card number and be alert at everything.

 This is the tips that might help you keep you private information to the stranger but you only should tell your private information to someone you trust like example your Teacher, Mum, Dad,Sister or brother and your friend.

 Always be alert at everything what you are doing on online.🚫
